Cancellation Policy
Individual Reservations (1–2 Rooms)
- Free Cancellation: Cancel 7 days or more before check-in — 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancel between 48 hours to 6 days before check-in — 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Group Reservations (3 or more Rooms)
- Free Cancellation: Cancel 14 days or more before check-in — 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancel between 7–13 days — 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
Holiday & Peak Season Reservations
Reservations during holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, New Year, or Bahamian Independence) may require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment. Specific terms will be stated at the time of booking.
